Grappling with a sudden melancholy, I spent a while sitting alone on the patio, sipping some wine and just listening to the night time. After a while, I popped back inside, grabbed the camera and tripod, and started exploring the darkened yard with some longer exposures. Eventually, I came back for my wine glass.
This seems to fit with the obvious-in-retrospect theme of gazing into round things (see here, here, here, here, and here). At first, I expected the reflected lights to be the fun part, but the longer I stare at this, the more surprises I see in the glass.
