41/365: Steamed

41/365: Steamed

In order to accommodate Friday's Dungeons and Dragons sessions, I usually end up grabbing lunch from the cafeteria. The cooks have really upped their game over the past year, but today really blew me away--homemade Chinese steamed buns!

Here we see the responsible cook pouring water into a hot pan to keep the steamer steaming, a quick capture that turned out better than I expected it to.

And the food? Excellent. I'd be delighted to order it again some time.
