358/365: Visitor
I was really stumped for a 365 subject today.
Then when I got home from the grocery store, I saw this deer just feet away in the neighbors' front yard. I dashed as silently and swiftly as possible upstairs to get my zoom lens onto the camera and get back outside before he could bolt. He ended up walking calmly into the back yard for a few nibbles of our rhododendron and then moved over to this tree at the perimeter of our lot, where a sudden parting of clouds gave me this wonderful golden light.
Just seven more days to go!
